Never got my product!

Was so excited for this to come yet it never did and I lost my money! I’m so upset by this. Customer service has yet to reach out to me even though I have emailed them.

Fair Substitution

Love the soft tip but I bite through it too quick. I would like to have the ability to purchase replacement soft tips. I don’t care about inhaling or flavor. I only care about chewing on the soft tip.
